Microsoft is reportedly evaluating its relationship with online game writer Activision Blizzard following allegations CEO Bobby Kotick knew for years about sexual misconduct claims on the firm.

Xbox head Phil Spencer despatched an e-mail to workers, in response to Bloomberg, saying he’s “evaluating all aspects of our relationship” with Activision Blizzard following a report from The Wall Street Journal claiming Kotick did not inform the board of allegations of sexual misconduct on the writer.

In an announcement emailed to U.S. TODAY in response to the report, Spencer stated he personally has sturdy values for a welcoming and inclusive setting for Xbox workers.

“This is not a destination but a journey that we will always be on,” stated Spencer. “The leadership at Xbox and Microsoft stand by our teams and support them in building a safer environment for all.”

Activision advised U.S. TODAY in an emailed assertion it respects suggestions from its companions and is participating with them additional.

Employees at Activision Blizzard staged a second walkout demanding Kotick be eliminated as CEO, NBC News reported. A Twitter account representing workers of the corporate shared a petition in search of Kotick’s removing that has greater than 1,000 signatures.
