The researchers constructed an in-house mass spectra database containing 3,710 veterinary medicine and their metabolites, and summarized the fragmentation traits of mother or father medicine and drug metabolites. Then, they developed nontargeted screening technique to find recognized and unknown veterinary medicine and their metabolites in advanced meals matrices.
Moreover, they decided and recognized 4 veterinary drugs and three drug metabolites within the egg samples with this novel nontargeted screening method, which demonstrated its potential in threat substance screening for food safety.
