Due to accumulation of ice on mirror Euclid telescope facing problem in collecting light from ancient distant galaxies.

Accumulated ice layers on mirrors are comparable with DNA strand width, causes decrease in light collecting capacity.

Euclid mission team started working on it. They start de-icing process by heating optical parts to restore telescope's light capturing capacity.

Due to decline in starlight, astronomers captured that issue. Astronomers said after post launch some water molecules may persisted.

Team starts heating with two mirrors independently to access it's impact on VIS (Visible Instrument) light collection.
