There are approximately 200 billion to 2 trllion galaxies in the observable Universe.

Most galaxies diameter is in between 3,000 to 300,000 light years.

Our Milky way galaxy has a diameter of around 87,400 light years.

Milky Way galaxy has approximately 69 satellite galaxies.
